PostgreSQL9.6 Beta3 + CentOS7 (64bit)

PostgreSQL9.6 Beta3 + CentOS7 (64bit)をEDBから、ダウンロード

xxx.runファイルのインストールを、やってみたことが、なかったので、試してみました。

xxx.runファイルのインストールは、 chmod +x で、実行権限をつけて、実行すれば、OK。

18.　postgres.conf とpg_hba.confをgEditで、接続環境を整えます。

19.　メニューにPostgreSQLが追加され、pgAdmin4が選択できます。

ERROR: new encoding (UTF8) is incompatible with the encoding of the template database (SQL_ASCII)

HINT: Use the same encoding as in the template database, or use template0 as templat

Linuxで、ローカル環境に、グラフィックインストールするのであれば、Windowsのインストール画面と同様な手順なので、もっとも簡単な方法のと思います。
