ERROR: unrecognized configuration parameter "bytea_output"

pgAdmin4(ver2.0)で、8.4に接続しようしたら
Unable to connect to server:
ERROR: unrecognized configuration parameter "bytea_output"

9.1.x 10　への接続はOKなので、8.4は、未対応?
PostgreSQL9.1以降対応のようで、現状だと9.1がサポート外なので、9.2以降の対応。
